Please take a moment to read the following terms, which help us keep pets safe and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

The price list is a guide only. Final charges depend on the pet’s size, coat type, coat condition, behaviour and total grooming time required.

Extra fees may apply for severely matted coats, excessively dirty coats, flea infestations or pets that are uncooperative and require additional handling time.

Kenzoo Grooming does not perform prolonged or painful de-matting. If a coat is heavily matted, the safest option is usually a short clip to remove the matting and allow healthy regrowth.

Any pets found with fleas will receive a mandatory flea wash and parasite control. An additional flea treatment fee will apply.

Muzzles or gentle safety restraints may be used at our discretion as a last resort for the safety of pets and staff.

We reserve the right to stop a groom and send a pet home at any time if it is deemed unsafe or excessively stressful to continue.

We do not sedate animals for grooming. If sedation is required for medical, welfare or behavioural reasons, this must be performed and monitored by a veterinarian under separate clinical consent.

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, behavioural concerns or previous grooming issues before the appointment.

New customers may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit per pet before an appointment is confirmed. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

Rescheduling or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee and any deposit may be forfeited.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a late fee. Clients more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled and may still be charged a fee.

Pets should be collected promptly once you are advised that the groom is finished. Additional holding fees may apply for pets collected after our closing time.

Kenzoo Grooming reserves the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
